The present terms are governed by Greek law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the sale agreement if not amicably settled, shall be submitted to the Courts of Athens.
We hereby object to any deviating or supplementary terms on the customer’s side. Any deviation from the present terms are valid only if the COMPANY specifically agreed to the customer’s deviating terms in writing.
The website www.montieu.com reserves the right to modify or renew the present terms and conditions at its sole discretion provided that such modification would neither affect legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished actions. The customer is responsible to check periodically the present terms and conditions and he/she is exclusively responsible in reference to the use of the website.

2. PRIVACY POLICY: COOKIES / WHAT WE COLLECT AND STORE

3. PLACING AN ORDER
1.Placing an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance sale agreement, which is governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 about Consumer’s Protection. You may place an order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code. This means you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements.
2.The COMPANY notes that the colors of the product images found in the online shop may deviate slightly from the actual colors of goods supplied due to the screen settings on customers’ computers. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in accordance with the terms set herein.
3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Insofar as the COMPANY cannot fill an on- line order, the customer immediately receives an email message to that effect, provided that the email contact information provided by the customer is correct.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
4.Not all products in the catalogue of the Eshop can be ordered online. Should you be interested in such a product, please contact us.
5.If it is indicated on the WEBSITE that an item can be backordered, please allow for an additional 7 days before shipment.
6.The procedure of ordering a product on the WEBSITE is as follows:
In the WEBSITE’s Eshop, customers may choose all available goods displayed and add them to the shopping cart in the desired size and number. They may subsequently review the accuracy of their orders as well as make changes to and remove goods at any time.
In order to complete the order, customers may place an order as a registered customer or as a guest. Once the ordering process has been completed and the desired shipping and payment modes have been selected, customers may review – and, if necessary, correct – the details of their online purchase.
All prices of the product include VAT
Shipping costs, if any, are added to the amount to be paid.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email that confirms we have received your order. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of your order between you and THE COMPANY will be completed once we email you with the confirmation of the shipment of goods or the invoice.

GREECE:

Shipping within the ATTIKI area is for FREE.
Shipping in the rest of Greece costs 5€, which will be added to the total amount to be paid
Shipping in Greece is handled by ASC
EUROPE:
Shipping in the rest of Europe costs 7€, which will be added to the total amount.
Shipping in Europe is handled by DHL.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping applies to orders over 150€
monTieu does not currently ship to countries outside the European Community
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1.Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the bank account that you have specified, within a certain amount of days.
3.Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

4.Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5.Exchanges

6.Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pgallery | sculpture, Koumbari 6, 10674 Kolonaki, Athens, Greece
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
